rolfskin.com (“Your Next Move,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Cultur3 Numomo AG (CHE-400.275.415), a company registered in Switzerland. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

Quiz answers. Your concern, current actives, sunscreen habits, and sensitivity. These are processed in your browser to generate recommendations. They are not stored on our servers unless you submit your email.

Email address. Only if you voluntarily provide it to unlock additional results or subscribe to our newsletter. Stored with your explicit consent.

Analytics events. We log anonymized events (quiz started, completed, retake) to understand usage patterns. No personal data is included. No IP addresses are stored.

What we do NOT collect

We do not use cookies. We do not use tracking pixels. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics. We do not collect your IP address. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

How we use your data

• Quiz answers: to generate personalized recommendations (processed in your browser)
• Email + quiz answers: to send evidence updates you opted into
• Analytics events: to improve the quiz experience (no personal data)

Legal basis for processing

Consent. We only process your email and quiz answers when you explicitly opt in by checking the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

Legitimate interest. We process anonymized analytics events to improve the service. These contain no personal data.

Data processors

We use the following third-party services to operate this site:

• Brevo (EU) — Email delivery and contact storage. Their privacy policy.
• Cloudflare (Global) — Website hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection. Their privacy policy.

We do not use payment processors, advertising networks, or social media trackers.

Tracking technologies

We do not use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, or any browser fingerprinting technology. Our site is configured to recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — though there is nothing to disable since we do not track.

Data retention

We retain your email and quiz answers for 24 months after your last interaction. After that, your data is automatically deleted from Brevo. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR, Swiss FADP, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct — request correction of inaccurate data
• Delete — request deletion of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from emails at any time
• Object — object to processing of your data
• Non-discrimination — exercising your rights will not affect your access to our service

California residents (CCPA)

We do not sell your personal information. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We do not share your personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising. You may submit a request through our Do Not Track page or email us directly.

Automated decision-making

Our quiz uses an algorithm to match your routine against clinical evidence claims and rank upgrade recommendations by effect size. This is not profiling for marketing purposes — it is a transparent, rule-based recommendation engine. You can see the evidence behind every recommendation, including links to the underlying PubMed studies.

Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Security

All data is transmitted over TLS encryption. Email data is stored in Brevo's EU data centers. The website is served from Cloudflare's global edge network with DDoS protection.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
